在高刚性轴承的基础上，我们进一步研制开发了HG系列高速主轴系统，该系统将静动压主轴与电机直联，做成整体，配备静压油箱、恒温装置等辅助装置，形成一套独立的主轴功能部件，可采用发兰连接或箱体连接等形式与机床配套，适用于各类高精度磨床、精密车床、镗床、铣床等行业的主轴系统。
主要特点
1.主轴刚性好。轴承油膜静刚性为35Kg/um，动刚性为98Kg/um，主轴系统静刚性为14Kg/um，动刚性为20Kg/um.
2.主轴精度高。主轴高速回转条件下，圆跳动小于0.005mm.
3.静动压轴承采用可调间隙节流，节流器做在轴承上，油路短，无益损耗小，节流器不易堵塞，工作稳定可靠。
4.主轴系统整体结构简单，安装方便。

MAIN FEATURES

Through so much tests,we are successed in manufacture the “dynamic-static pressure bearing”,which can avoid the disturbance
Deforming,especially during the high speed rotated.this can improve the qulite of the workpieces.
Based on the“dynamic-static pressure bearing”,we have manufactured the the high speed main shaft function section system,the system can directly connect the dynamic-static pressure main shaft and the motor. It equiped with static pressure oil supply system ,oil-cooler system,etc.It can be used as a independent main shaft function section system to the machine.for example,all kinds of high accuracy grinders, high accuracy lathe,borer,milling machines,and so on.
1.The rigidity of the main shaft is well.
2.The main shaft system is high accuracy.When it is rotating,the circle stagger of it is lesser than 0.005mm.
3.The “dynamic-static pressure bearing”adopt the throttle,whose gap can be adjusted.The flow controller made on the“dynamic-static pressure bearing”,channel for oiling is shortened.dissipated loss is lessened.
4.The structure of the main shaft system is simple,and easy to install.
