◆机床简介

MKS1680数控高速斜切入端面外圆磨床是目前国内最大的斜切入端面外圆磨床，专为大型军品车辆、船舶及航空等行业设计制造的,采用国际上先进的计算机控制系统,机床砂轮采用斜切入进给方式,可一次完成外圆,外圆与端面,外圆成型表面,多台阶轴外圆(包括肩面)以及外圆沟槽的磨削加工;
机床可采用金刚滚轮成型修整,也可采用金刚刀两坐标插补成型修整，砂轮自动补偿，有径向,轴向量仪自动测量功能,强电部分采用可编程控制器(即PC机)，具有很高的磨削精度和加工效率,适合于传动轴,齿轮轴,法兰盘，平衡肘等零件的批量磨削加工。

MAIN FEATURES:
The grinder is designed specilly for automobile and enging manufacturing,and it is the largest one in China present In the grinder and its versions,internationally advanced computer control system is used. Grinding wheel set with oblique cutting method is applied ,which make the grinding of cylidrical,cylidrical and end surface,formed cylindrical surface,multi stages oxle cylidrical(include shoulder surface)and cylindrical slot available at one working cycle.The grinder is of the functions of correcting the grinding wheel with diamond roller,automatic compensating and axial meters.Progammable controllor(PC)is also used in the control system.the grinder has both the features of high efficiency.it is suitable that the grinder is used for batch production to manufacture shaft class elements,like axle shaft ,gear shaft,different shaft case,flange and so on.
