◆机床简介
MKS1320数控高速外圆磨床是我公司专门为适应批量生产轴类零件而开发生产的一种新型的、经济型的数控高速外圆磨床。该机床采用高性价比、操作简便、质量可靠的日本三菱公司生产的E60数控系统及伺服单元，实现机床的二轴自动控制，即砂轮架进给和工作台移动。机床具有自动修整砂轮和砂轮修整补偿功能。

该机床还配有MARPOSS自动在线测量装置，可实现同尺寸轴径的跟踪测量，根据用户要求也可选配不同轴径的在线测量和轴向定位装置（另计价）。

为适应细长轴的磨削本机床还配有自行研制的液压跟踪中心支撑架。

本机床自动化程度高，除人工上下料以外，其余工作过程全部由NC完成。本机床是目

Mks1320 numerical control high speed cylindrical grinder is an up-to -date and economic grinder.It is specially designed to machining the axial parts in great batches.Equipped with the Mitsubishi computer control system (E60) and servo unit,to achieve two axles'( Feed of the wheel head and movement of working table)auto control.This machine tool has automatic dressing and compensation capacity.
This machine tool is equipped with MARPOSS automaitic on-line measuring instrument.It can tracking measure for the same size axle diameter. It also can equipped with on-line measuring instrument and axle locating device for different size according to the user's requirements.
