MKS8140HIGH SPEED NUMERICAL CONTROL CRANKSHAFT GRINDERS
MAIN FEATURES:
1.The grinders are equipped with the SIEMENS computer control
system and AC servo driving system .
2.On-line measurement is performed by Italian MARPOSS meters.
3.Grinding is performed by high velocity(60m/s)grinding wheel and contant linear velocity grinding wheel.
4.Movable support is driven automatically by servo motor,which ensures higher accuracy and more conventional hydraulic drive.
5.wheel correction is achieved by diamond roller,which proves high correction and accuracy.
6.Guidways for table and grinding wheel head are adhered with wear-resistant plastics to ensure fine sensibility and high resistance to
abrasion and anti-vibration.
7.The wheel can be equipped with dynamic balancer(SBS USA/E82, Italy)to eliminate empty run and with anticollision device according to user requirement.
8.If required,CBN wheel can be applied.
9.Crankshaft connecting-rod neck grinder and headstock are driven by servo motor,having automatic indexing,workpiece automatic tightening and loosening and headstock linkage system.
10.Coolant liquid is double filtered by magnetic performance and paper belt.
