CNC8312-1250加长数控高速凸轮轴磨床，采用德国西门子公司（原装SINUMERIK）840C数控系统和611D数字式交流伺服驱动系统，控制机床的自动磨削循环和加工任意形状的凸轮轮廓磨削轨迹。能迅速适应加工对象的变换，大大缩短凸轮生产准备周期，完全解决了靠模型凸轮轴磨床加工产品更新准备时间长，凸轮轮廓加工精度难以提高的弱点。机床有以下特点：
1、机床采用无靠模设计，具有很高的柔性，能快速完成各类圆与非圆零件的精密加工。
2、机床主轴系统采用高刚度的液体动静压轴承，砂轮主轴轴承刚度可达100kg/um，静压供油系统装有精确的自动温度装置，确保主轴系统的恒温，提高机床精度。
3、机床可采用CBN（立方氮化硼）砂轮及普通砂轮磨削，最高线速度可达120M/S，并由交流主轴电机驱动，能保持砂轮恒线速运行。
4、机床装备有砂轮自动平衡仪，使砂轮始终处于最佳平衡状态工作，以获得最优的磨削表面质量。
5、砂轮/修整器可采用金刚滚轮和金刚刀，按照磨削情况的需要，可进行自动修整，自动尺寸补偿，自动控制修整量与修整速度，保证砂轮切削性能。
6、机床采用高精度运动副，配有光栅尺，实现闭环控制，能实现微米级进程。
7、机床为全封闭结构，外形美观大方，防护性能好，符合安全设计规范。

MAIN FEATURES:
1.Equipped with the SIEMENS computer control system (SINUMERIK 840C)and AC servo driving system(611D)
2.the main shaft system of grinding wheel adopts dynamic-static pressure bearing;high accurracy static pressure mainshaft unit with constant temperature oil tank. The bear is of high stiffness
3.CBN wheel is applied.The maximum grinding wheel linear speed is 120m/s.The speed of main grinding wheel motor is controlled by frequency converting speed regulator,which makes the line speed constant with the wheel wear and tear.
4.The wheel is equipped with dynamic balancer(SBS USA)to eliminate empty run and with anticollision device.
5.Diamond roller mechanism,which is of the function of wheel compensating and automatic correcting,is used to correct the wheel wear
6.No cam is used,so the time and expense are saved,and it is simple and quick for different workpiece.And accuracy is greatly increased because of non-cam manufacture error and decrease of mechanical contour error.
