砂轮主轴采用静动压轴承，主轴箱和导轨部分可分离，便于维修和更换。
本机床是一种新型的高速凸轮轴磨床，砂轮线速度最高为60米/秒，磨削效率高。砂轮架主轴轴承采用可调间隙节流腔内孔式回油液体静压轴承，砂轮架导轨采用“静压卸荷导轨”，砂轮可以在机床上进行动平衡。机床可带有自磨靠模装置，可用标准凸轮进行反靠磨制本机床所用的靠模样板。
本机床采用计算机数字控制，共有三个坐标，包括砂轮架进给（X轴），修整器进给（Y轴），工作台移动（Z轴）。
机床具有自动磨削循环，砂轮架前进，后退，工作台移动，头架分度，砂轮的修正与补偿，砂轮磨损补偿等均属自动化。
机床设有多种自动报警，具有自诊断功能。
机床能将凸轮轴上所有凸轮及偏心轮循序磨出，生产效率高，可实现多机床操作看管，适用于成批大量生产。

MAIN FEATURES:
The main drive system of the grinder adopts AC servo motor and ballscraw structure to ensure accurate feed and reliable action .It can achieve auto control of three axes.i.e.working table movement,feed of wheelhead feed of dresser on wheelhead.It change the hydraulic worktable into servo transfer to ensure accurate located.it more fit for grinding the cam,at the same time,it is more efficiently.
